Hi and welcome! I’m Greg Watson, owner of 1ST Responder Home Repair and Inspection.As an InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspector®, I perform home inspections with the highest level of professionalism and diligence. I inspect every home as if it were my own. I explain all concerns in a way that my clients can easily understand, while also taking the time to discuss routine maintenance and options to assure proper function throughout the home. The inspection I perform will give you peace of mind and confidence in your real estate transaction. My attention to detail and knowledge keep my clients informed while helping take the stress out of buying or selling a home. Before becoming a Home Inspector, I was a Firefighter & Paramedic for 25+ years. It's an honor working for my clients and helping them make informed decisions on what to do when defects are found with major components of the home. In my spare time I enjoy boating, Golf, Home Remodeling, and spending time with my family and our Pug.
